How does QR code check-in work?
Each registered attendee receives an e-badge with a QR code or barcode. At the venue, staff scan it with a phone camera or scanner, the system verifies it against the registration record, and a printed badge with the attendee's name, ID and QR code is handed over at the desk. Every scan counts toward live, day-wise check-in totals.
