How an event runs on EventsHub
Seven steps, one system. Tap a step.
1. Registration. Delegates register online and a unique registration ID is generated.
2. Confirmation. An automated email or WhatsApp confirmation carries the ID, event details and next steps.
3. E-badge. A personalised e-badge with a QR code or barcode is emailed to the delegate.
4. Verification. On arrival, staff scan the QR code or barcode and the system checks the registration database.
5. Badge printing. A physical badge with name, ID, event details and QR code or barcode is printed and handed over.
6. Badge tracking. Scans at checkpoints record delegate movement in real time.
7. Reporting. Registration, printing and tracking data become reports on attendance, movement and engagement.
